Academic Honors -- Has posted a 4.0 grade-point average in four semesters ... named as a Third-Team Academic All-American by ESPN the Magazine and CoSIDA ... also garnered Academic All-America accolades from the Collegiate Swimming Coaches Association of America ... voted as the 2007 Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year for women's swimming and diving ... named to both the Naval Academy's Superintendent's and Commandant's lists in each of her semesters ... named to the 2006 and '07 Patriot League Academic Honor Rolls ... inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars during the fall of 2006.

Athletic Honors -- Tabbed as the 2007 Patriot League Swimmer of the Meet after winning both IM events and the 200 fly at the league meet ... named First-Team All-Patriot League in 2006 ... holds Navy, league and league meet records in the 200 fly and 200 IM events ... wrote a diary for a week for www.swimmingworldmagazine.com during Jan. of 2007.

2006-07 -- In addition to winning three individual events at the Patriot League Meet, also was a part of Navy's victorious 400 and 800 freestyle relay teams ... set a Navy, league and league meet record of 4:22.95 in winning the 400 IM at the league meet ... also recorded a career-best time of 2:03.44 in winning the 200 IM at the championship ... totaled 20 individual event victories during the regular season, including the 200 fly (career-best 2:02.77) and 200 IM against Army ... competed in three individual and relay events at the USA Swimming Spring Championship.

2005-06 -- Originally broke the Navy record in the 400 IM in winning the event at the league championship ... also placed third in the 200 IM and fourth in the 100 free at the meet ... totaled 26 individual event victories during the regular season while competing in 10 different events ... selected as the Patriot League Swimmer of the Week Oct. 18 after winning the 100 breast, the 100 free and 200 IM and helping Navy set a Lejeune Hall record in the 800 free relay against George Washington and Loyola ... would go on to compete in the 200 and 400 IM events at the USA Swimming Spring Championship.

High School -- Graduated from the Maggie L. Walker Governor's School ... earned four letters in swimming ... team won the state title during each of her four seasons ... individually, selected as the league swimmer of the year in 2003 and '04 and earned the high point award at the state meet during the same years.
