BOSTON, Mass. - The Navy women's crew team's varsity boat placed 17th among U.S. colleges and 21st among all championship eight boats at the Head of the Charles Regatta, Sunday in Boston.

The Mids completed the 2.5-mile course in a time of 18:05.502. The U.S. Rowing Team won the race in a time of 16:34.633, with Princeton placing second overall in a time of 16:50.059.

The Navy women's crew team will be in action Saturday at the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta in Philadelphia.
