Navy Men Win First Patriot League Outdoor Title
The Navy men's track and field team continued its strong showing from Friday and won its first Patriot League outdoor track and field championship in school history, scoring 199 points to outdistance second-place Army by 20 points. The title snapped Army's 16-year title run and the Mids became the first team other than Army to win the title since 1991.

Navy in First After Day One of Patriot League Championship
Behind four first-place performances among the six scored events during Friday's action, the Navy men's track & field team finished the opening day of the Patriot League Championship in first place with a score of 67 points on its home turf, Ingram Field.

Navy Aims for Patriot League Title this Weekend in Annapolis
The Navy men's track & field team, picked to win the league championship in the preseason, will look to claim its first Patriot League outdoor title this Friday and Saturday, when it hosts the 2008 Patriot League Championship at Ingram Field. The action will begin with the hammer throw at 10 a.m. at Hospital Point on Friday, followed by a 9 a.m. start with the decathlon on Saturday.
