May 2, 2007 ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The Navy offshore sailing team entered two teams in the Sailing World NOOD Regatta held this past weekend in Annapolis. Over 270 teams were entered and Navy's crews competed in the two largest classes. Ryan Field skippered the J105 Dreadnought with crew Rebecca Islin, Timothy Burchett, Jamie Swiggart, Monica Mondloch and Sarah Horn, finishing 20th out of 45 competitors. Christopher Hamilton skippered the J22 entry with crew Joe Gursky and Mark McClure, finishing 29th out of 37 teams. Next up for the squad is the Annapolis to Newport Race starting on June 1.
