IMPORTANT

All meals must be arranged through the Visiting Team Coordinator at 410-293-8728 NOT through the NAVY coaches. To cancel a meal, contact the Visiting Team Coordinator during the office hours of 8 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Monday to Friday. Meal cannot be cancelled by the Dining Hall staff. You will be billed according to the arrangements even if less people attend.

We regret regulations prohibit visiting teams from eating in the Midshipmen's Wardroom (King Hall) at the same time as the Brigade of Midshipmen's main meal. Because of the rigid schedule that our Food Service Division must follow, deviation from scheduled meal times for visiting teams CANNOT be permitted. If a visiting team is unable to meet the meal schedule in King Hall, meal arrangements, at your own expense, must be made elsewhere.

Visiting teams must conform strictly to meal hours, be prompt in arriving in the Wardroom as a team and be in appropriate attire. Appropriate attire is considered to be: for men as a minimum, collared shirt and slacks, no t-shirt, jeans or sandals; for women blouse with skirt or slacks, no jeans.

MEALS GUARANTEED BY CONTRACT WILL NOT BE BILLED.
