Requests for Donations of Autographed Items
Items which have been pre-purchased may not be left for autographing or signature within Navy Athletics. Requests can no longer be accepted by the NAAA, Navy Athletics administration, Navy ticket office or individual coaches' offices. All memorabilia items and autographed items- including those for non-profit/charitable purposes- should be procured by completing the Promotional Item Request Form. Please reference your charity/auction and date of event. Student-athlete autographed items are limited, per Navy Athletics Compliance. A limited number of team balls or items autographed by coaches, former coaches and former student-athletes are subject to availability.
Requests for Posters & Schedule Cards
The Naval Academy Athletic Association produces promotional posters and schedule cards for Navy teams throughout the year. These items are available free of charge at locations within the Navy Athletics Department on the Yard of the Naval Academy and can be requested by mail for Navy fans outside the area. You may stop by Ricketts Hall or contact the Ticket Office for more information.
Requests for Autographs
The Naval Academy Athletic Association coordinates Meet the Mids Day prior to football season and again prior to basketball season. These scheduled events are the only officially-sanctioned opportunities for autographs. The marketing office may coordinate additional autograph events throughout the year for all sports. These events will be prominently announced on Navysports.com.
The Naval Academy Athletic Association, its coaches and student-athletes receive thousands of autograph requests each year. Despite our desire to meet every request, we are unable to do so. Items may not be sent to the department, left for autographing or requested within Navy Athletics. Requests are not accepted by the Marketing, Media Relations, Ticket Office, individual sport offices or any other department entity.
Requests for Charitable Promotional Items
The Naval Academy Athletic Association is asked to support thousands of worthwhile charitable causes and events each year. We make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. However, due to the number of requests the NAAA receives on a monthly basis, we are simply unable to accommodate all requests that fit our guidelines. During the sport season, many coaches are unable to fulfill promotional item requests.
Please review the Naval Academy Athletic Association Promotional Item Request form. Print out the form, complete and fax to 410.293.8959 at least three weeks prior to the activity.
